Happiness Happens*

When happiness happens, it’s not complicated.

It’s wonderful.

When happiness happens, we are at peace with ourselves. Feeling happy affirms the heart’s secrets and rejuvenates our spirit. Happiness is not a destination. Like sadness, it is a place we visit. How long we stay happy depends as much on our attitude as it does on the environment.

Genuine happiness is inspiring. It gently vibrates with an inner truth. The truth renews us. Happiness happens and it’s wonderful.

Of course, things are not always right. Everything we learn from media or teachers is not true. Sensual thinking filters what we can trust. Happiness happens when we depend on intuitive values that are attitudes we sense, like dignity, tenacity, patience, courage and determination, to guide our words.

It’s natural to stride toward happiness. By talking less and sensing more, there is an easy kind of awakening that is uplifting. We feel happy because we recognize what feels deeply right. That moment lights our passions and strengthens happiness.

This sort of sensual syncing with intuitive values protects us and we thrive with change. When we speak with intuitive attitudes, we create a tactful reserve that naturally results in spontaneous affection that is happiness. We find harmony.

Happiness is a feeling in response to the moment. How do we trust being spontaneous when so much hinges on our responses? Intuitive values are globally respected guides for collaboration, communication and success. They validate our inner truth. We feel them with our mind and in our heart. When we are spontaneous, we are responding to change. Depending on ten intuitive values keeps us uniquely safe, balanced and in sync with change.

It is only possible to live happily ever after on a day to day basis. – Margaret Bonnan

Thinking with our senses and feeling with our mind leads us to recognize happiness that feels like harmony with ourselves, each other and our world.

Sensual syncing happens all the time – without words. When we’re around happiness, it’s contagious and irresistible. Musicis a way we easily connect, uplift or unwind with our senses. A simple smile is another way we sensually sync with happiness. We smile at a stranger, they smile back. Sharing happiness is easy.

It’s good to celebrate happiness. Remember this song?:

It’s good to be just plain happy. It’s a little better to know that you’re happy; but to understand that you’re happy and to know why and how and still be happy-be happy in the being and the knowing—well, that is beyond happiness, that is bliss. – Henry Miller
